Bio

Lauren Hill (she/hers) teaches English at Leestown Middle School in Lexington, KY. She taught Journalism in middle and high schools and specializes in the teaching of writing and rhetoric. She has also taught in a correctional setting, served as an instructional coach, and worked as the Teacher Leadership Coordinator for the Kentucky Department of Education. Lauren directs Classroom Teachers Enacting Positive Solutions (CTEPS), which provides cohort-style coaching and project-based learning to emerging teacher leaders in Kentucky. She also facilitated the Prichard Committee Teacher Fellowship. Lauren has extensive experience in designing blended learning for youth and adult learners.
